Log In to South Texas Internet Customer PortalMost connection issues can be resolved with a simple Power Cycle. Before calling technical support, please follow these steps to reset your equipment:
Find the power cables for both your router and your outside antenna power supply (the PoE injector).
Remove both power plugs directly from the wall outlet or power strip.
Do not remove or swap any cables connected to the router or the power supplies themselves. Ensure they remain firmly seated in their ports.
Plug both units back into the wall.
Depending on your equipment, it can take up to 5 minutes for the system to properly power cycle, communicate with our towers, and re-establish your link.
Use this visual guide to identify your equipment and the correct points to disconnect power.
Note: Ensure you are only disconnecting the power adapters from the wall, as shown in the highlighted center section.
If you have followed the troubleshooting steps above and are still unable to connect, our local South Texas technical support team is ready to assist you.
