Basic Troubleshooting: The "Quick Fix"

Most connection issues can be resolved with a simple Power Cycle. Before calling technical support, please follow these steps to reset your equipment:

1

Locate Your Power Sources

Find the power cables for both your router and your outside antenna power supply (the PoE injector).

2

Unplug from the Wall

Remove both power plugs directly from the wall outlet or power strip.

3

Check Your Cables

Do not remove or swap any cables connected to the router or the power supplies themselves. Ensure they remain firmly seated in their ports.

4

Wait and Reconnect

Plug both units back into the wall.

5

Be Patient

Depending on your equipment, it can take up to 5 minutes for the system to properly power cycle, communicate with our towers, and re-establish your link.
