Terms of Service

  1. Service Use — You agree not to use our service for illegal activities, hacking, or distributing malicious software. We reserve the right to manage network traffic to ensure all customers receive reliable service.
  2. Equipment — STI equipment remains property of STI. You agree to allow retrieval of equipment upon cancellation. Damage may result in replacement fees.
  3. Billing and Payments — You agree to pay all monthly service fees on time. Late payments may result in service suspension.
  4. Limitation of Liability — STI provides service on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  5. Security — You are responsible for securing your own local network.
  6. Changes to Terms — Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Acceptable Use Policy

  1. Illegal and Harmful Activity — No copyright infringement, illegal content, threats or harassment.
  2. Network Security — No hacking, malware distribution, or denial of service attacks.
  3. Messaging and Spam — Zero tolerance for spam or unsolicited bulk email.
  4. Network Management — No reselling STI bandwidth without a commercial agreement.
  5. Consequences — Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination.
