Most connection issues can be resolved with a simple power cycle. Before calling support, follow these steps:
Find the power cables for both your router and your outside antenna power supply (the PoE injector).
Remove both power plugs directly from the wall outlet or power strip.
Do not remove or swap any ethernet cables. Leave them firmly seated in their ports.
Plug both units back into the wall.
It can take up to 5 minutes for the system to power cycle, communicate with our towers, and re-establish your link.
Mounted outside your home. Do not unplug cables from this device.
Powers your antenna. This is the plug to unplug from the wall.
Your home Wi-Fi device. Also unplug this from the wall.
⚠️ Only disconnect power adapters from the wall. Never unplug ethernet cables between devices.
